Mental Health & Case Management Program Consulting and Training
Across Rwanda, churches and communities are stepping forward to address the growing need for mental-health care and emotional support. LEADStrong is honored to partner with the very first mental-health case-management initiative of its kind, helping leaders develop a framework that cares for the whole person.
Nearly 30 leaders were trained in a first round of workshops that focused on the spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical well-being of those facing trauma, loss, and long-term emotional challenges. Community awareness is rising, stigma is decreasing, and leaders are now equipped to walk alongside individuals and families with compassion and skill.
This program continues to expand as more teams request training, mentorship, and support. Our role is ongoing—coaching leaders, offering organizational development, and helping build a sustainable care model for churches and ministries throughout Rwanda.
God is growing a movement of leaders who are loving, counseling, and serving their communities in profoundly redemptive ways.
