Dr. Joanna Jones
Founder and Executive Director
Raised in Zambia, Africa as the child of medical and teaching missionaries, Joanna considers Africa to be her heart home. Her journey led her from East Africa to undergraduate studies in Psychology and Sociology, followed by a Master’s Degree in Counseling and a Doctorate focused in Leadership and Organization Development.
Joanna has always enjoyed engaging with people in settings where she was most fulfilled in being a catalyst for redemptive growth—both individually and corporately. Seeing people change and grow in the direction of their own mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being has been a fulfillment of her own calling.
Today, she teaches and coaches leaders in multiple African nations, helping faith leaders develop new ministries, counseling centers, and community initiatives that care for the vulnerable.
