LEADStrong International supports a growing need for practical training among pastors, teachers, and community leaders who are serving without access to reliable counseling or leadership preparation. Many of these leaders are carrying heavy responsibilities with limited resources, and they have asked for help strengthening the skills their communities depend on.
We believe God opens these doors.
Dr. Jones has been invited into these programs because her teaching and counseling experience meets a real need — leaders trust her, receive her warmly, and consistently request more training. Her role includes teaching, guiding curriculum development, and helping establish programs that are both theologically strong and practical for everyday ministry.
The goal is clear: to help build dependable, culturally grounded training programs that prepare leaders to care for their communities with wisdom, skill, and spiritual maturity.
Constraints remain — growing demand, limited staff, and the need for careful, sustainable development — but LEADStrong walks beside these educators with purpose, offering support that strengthens their work without taking it over.
