Women’s Leadership Network

LEADStrong walks beside major ministry initiatives led entirely by local women pastors and leaders. At a first conference, 125 leaders gathered for biblical teaching and leadership development—hungry to learn and lead within their congregations and ministries. These women lead church and para-church ministries in their various contexts and most have not had the opportunity for leadership or biblical studies training,

Mental Health Counseling and Case Management Training

Partnering with the first initiative of its kind, helping leaders develop a framework that cares for the whole person. Over 30 leaders were trained in workshops focusing on spiritual, emotional, and mental well-being. This training continues as this team both grows itself and reaches out in a full suite of case management services to those disenfranchised by severe and persistent mental illness. Further growth is planned in developing programming for mental and emotional well-being services for all age groups in a wide variety of settings.

Leadership Education and Executive Coaching

This unique training program in Redemptive Leadership, along with the opportunity for ongoing leadership coaching has been widely sought after and continues to have growing impact. Pastors and leaders have come seeking personal growth and support on their journeys. LEADStrong provides the training and the development work, coaching coaches as they both lead their organizations and work in new initiatives to develop other leaders.
