Women’s Leadership Network
LEADStrong walks beside major ministry initiatives led entirely by local leaders. At a recent conference, 125 women gathered for biblical teaching and leadership development—hungry to learn and lead within their congregations.
Executive Coaching
At their invitation, LEADStrong supports a unique team working to address the needs of children, single mothers, and disenfranchised populations. We provide board oversight and steady mentoring input.
Mental Health Frameworks
Partnering with the first initiative of its kind, helping leaders develop a framework that cares for the whole person. Over 30 leaders were trained in workshops focusing on spiritual, emotional, and mental well-being.
Education Curriculum
Supporting the growing need for practical training among pastors and community leaders who lack access to affordable preparation. Dr. Jones consults on curriculum development to ensure theological strength.
