In this first of its kind initiative in its region, it was requested that LEADStrong provide a full suite of training and coaching for a team developing a new ministry in Rwanda. This ministry focuses on providing spiritual and practical care to both those suffering severe and persistent mental illness, as well as to their families.

LEADStrong has developed and implemented comprehensive case manager trainings to meet this need, covering a wide variety of pertinent subjects. As the initiative continues to grow, the opportunity for wider and wider impact continues and this team now has the opportunity to create programming throughout a wide variety of contexts. It is our great privilege to continue creating the training needed, walking with this incredible team, and helping them to expand into their immense opportunities!
